Introduction

Welcome to ChadAds! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ChadAds app (the "App") and the services provided by ChadAds ("we," "us," or "our"). 5. User-Generated Content

If you upload or submit content through the App (e.g., campaign data, reports), you retain ownership of your content. By submitting content, you grant ChadAds a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and modify the content as necessary to operate and improve the App.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and agree not to submit any content that violates any applicable laws, infringes on the rights of others, or contains harmful material.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct that harms our business or other users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChadAds, its affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the App.

In no event will our total liability exceed the fees paid by you to ChadAds during the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChadAds, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
